You're no killer. What you lack is nothing to do with experience. And yet, I don't regret it now. Having stepped of the egde, what I want to do is fall. I need to say I didn't expect this book being so damn good. I enjoyed every minute of reading it and just after 80 pages I ordered the second one because I already knew I would love it. And I did. It's one of my new favorite books now. The only other Holly Black I read was The Darkest Parts Of The Forest and well I certainly did not like it all. So me loving this is such a surprise! But I am wondering why in nearly all the reviews everyone is talking about Cardan? Why not Jude? Our main character and a well thought out character - different from other characters we all have already read about? I don't get it. I am actually in love with her. My special bean <3 I do not yearn to be their equal. In my heart, I yearn to best them. Anyways I adored the writing and all the characters in the story! I felt like I was with the folk too. I am so glad that the book could live up with the hype :) I am also happy I used so many sticky-notes so I can always remember the good quotes! <3 True power isn't granted. True power can't be taken away.
