3.5* I liked this book! But unfortunately, I had a few issues in the middle... The first half was great! The story was fast-paced, I liked the setting, I liked the characters. A lot!! I flew through the first half. I heard that this read like an Anime or a K-Drama. It didn't. At least not for me, but that wasn't really anything negative. Then I came to the middle and somehow I got some not so good twilight vibes. Don't get me wrong, I love twilight! But, remember the scene in the movie (new moon) where Bella sits in her chair in front of the window, all depressed after Edward left her, and the months go by? That's the kind of vibes I got in the middle of Wicked Fox and it didn't sit well with me... The characters were super moody and made decisions that I couldn't comprehend. It felt like a 180° turn that I just didn't like. These vibes made my reading progress slow down and finally made me set the book aside for a while. I couldn't pick it up for 2 weeks. Today I finished it. The ending wasn't really bad, but felt a bit... messy? I don't know how to describe it really. I kind of wanted more from it, and the ending does seem to be fine, but is this development really the ending? (like obviously I know it's not the ending as there will be a second book, but is this development true? Is what Miyoung and Jihoon believe actually the case? wouldn't that be too easy???) I did enjoy this book, even though I had some difficulties. I enjoyed the setting! However, unfortunately, it doesn't blow me away. And I wanted it to blow me away....
