While I really loved the first and especially the second book of the series, I didn’t loved the third book as much as I wanted too. Don‘t get me wrong, it wasn’t bad. It‘s just not ‚My book‘ and that’s okay. It happens. I was so excited for it, because the previous books were quick to read, you got sucked into the stories easily and before you knew it the book was over. Quarter Miles is a sweet friends to lovers romance, but I couldn’t get into it, no matter how hard I tried. In my opinion the chemistry between Kat and Cash wasn’t *that* great and there was lots of unnecessary drama, which is kinda sad because the non existent drama is a huge part of why I loved the previous books so much. I still recommend this book to everyone who loves Devney Perry, because I‘m pretty sure it’s just me who’s being weird with this one. 😉 She is still one of my favorite authors out there, and I‘m super excited for the next one in the series even tho I‘m sad that we left Montana with QM. Devney Perry gehört mittlerweile wirklich zu meinen Lieblingsautorinnen. Ihr müsst definitiv ihre Bücher lesen auch wenn mir das Buch nicht so gut gefallen hat.
