I love Colleen Hoovers books. They are perfect. They have this mixture of utterly cute romance and sweet pain. You laugh with the characters. You cry with the characters. Every book of hers that I've read so far sent me on an emotional rollercoaster. They break my heart and they fix it just the same. I can't even begin to describe how much I love her stories, her characters and her writing style. The characters in this book were (as in the other books I read of her) just great. I loved every single one of them - except for Hunter and Tori. OBVIOUSLY! Sometimes I think I love her side characters even more than the MCs, because they are all so detailed, with great and rich personalities. Also Colleen Hoover is great in writing from different perspectives. I enjoy both the female and the male point of views when written by her. Another point I really enjoy in her book - and this was the case in this one again - is that they are not average. The male MC Ridge is deaf. I've never read about a character that is deaf. Combined with the music aspect of this book, this was an awesome experience. Colleen Hoover is great in writing such divers stories. I honestly think that I won't need to know what her books are about in the future anymore. I will just read whatever she writes and I'm probably going to love it. Thank God there are still quite a few books of her out that I haven't read yet!
